We assess businesses, assets and transactions within our focus sectors on their individual merits. We do not apply rigid screening thresholds; each opportunity is weighed in the context of the investment as a whole.
What we assess
The business or asset and its location; underlying fundamentals; management and operating capability; development or value-add potential; market demand; capital structure; and the risk-adjusted return.
The test is simple: does the opportunity justify its risk?
