Austin MacDonald
Founding Partner
Austin leads Blackwood's capital strategy and investor relationships, directing the origination, structuring and placement of capital. With a background in strategy and transactions advisory, he brings expertise in financial modelling, investment evaluation and deal structuring. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance, from the University of Auckland.
Subash Shrestha
Founding Partner
Subash leads Blackwood's transaction execution and investment evaluation. A Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), he brings extensive experience in financial analysis, due diligence, transaction structuring and the assessment of real assets, alongside large-scale capital-raising projects.
